Nice job, going to make something similar with a small mower engine i have, aiming for simplicity good charge and fuel efficiency like your design, horizontal crank thouigh.

how efficient is it on fuel? Run time per tank (tank size) etc? Thanks!

@bshupejr actually i haven't tested, i think running time on one tank is about

2-4hrs depends how much load.

This motor does have a flywheel, it's under the top cover and it's what turns when you pull the starting cord. it also has cooling fins that draw air in and around the head to cool the motor. Nice job, I like the muffler, sounds quiet.

This lawmover engine doesn't have flywheel at all.
