This is just my video of footage filmed through out the summer. My main focus was to improve my kongs to precisions. It's also been almost 2 years since i started parkour, so consider this my 2 year "anniversary" as well, unfortunately i went through quite a few injuries so i'm not as good as i'd like to be at this point, but it's all good. In addition (lol), the release of this video marks the start of my 1-2 month break from "intense" parkour because my knee has been acting up since the spring. So yea, hopefully you'll like it, comment on it, spread it around, and maybe even subscribe to my channel. Thanks.

  • @hooblahew yes :)

  • @TheFreeMovement i agree 100% :)

  • @hooblahew True...all I'm saying is that these movement are one and a same it makes no sense to disclaim one when it is a counter park to one another and I feel like its important to have all movements understood. of course these movements aren't "useful' to knock something before you tried that option is just as bad. there may be a point in your training where you discovered that you can be more efficient doing one move then you have doing another.

  • @TheFreeMovement "why run and vault when you can take a car"? y even practice pk then? freerunning is about being creative and pushing your limits-i KNOW i practice them extensively and i feel good about it. but it is just not going to help u flee from a mugger or escape from a burning building or something like that. i enjoy freerunning myself, but i simply believe that it is just not useful BUT it IS fun

  • @hooblahew showing off? come on really showing off to who? If anything you are enjoying yourself, and if you want to get real technical why run and vault when you can take a car which is a faster means of getting from point A to B. Even more so when do you ever have to deal with a real danger or use it to get places in a hurry? not very often...Of course parkour is great but freerunning is always something you can do it opens you mind to more than one possibilities

  • @TheFreeMovement i understand the opened mindedness but if you think about it doing a barani off a ledge is not as fast as a forward jump to a roll and doing a btwist over a rail is not faster than a vault. gainers and frontflips can be useful to gain balance and momentum, but overall freerunning is just showing off and not practical

  • @hooblahew they are even ilabaca said that it is good to be able to flip because you able to control yourself in a fall. I'm saying that nothing is unessential in parkour even flips would be able to get you where you need to go. in a david belle video he front tucks over a fallen tree as he's running so it works it's good to be open minded

  • @TheFreeMovement i know but in terms of parkour flips are not necessary for movement. i do flips myself so i know that they are good for expression but im getting tired of them being in evry single video. its nice to see pure parkour every once on a while

  • @hooblahew there isn't anything wrong with flips that's self expression

  • cool pure parkour no stupid flips
