You don't (need) to be in military to get in CIA, it helps but its not a need. If you want to be a securety agent, the least u need is a diploma and be in very good shape. Thats the min required. But CIA usually hires most qualified for the job. Which include, a bachelors, 3.5 grd Avrg or higher, military trained helps a lot. It also depends on what you wanna do in CIA.

To get into hte CIA u have to have US military and be in the special forces, like the Army rangers hten u have to pass all of the test that they give you, and ull have to pass trainging. Its a long and hellish experience. Its a pain in the ass but it pays off.
