Yeah, it is. You shouldnt buy dualcore-gpus yet! :) They arent that much better than 8800gt/gtx/gts/etc.

Actually having two high capacity sticks is better than four low capacity. You can overclock higher with two because its less load on the memory controller having to manage only 2 sticks vs. 4.
