? i have the same laptop as u i think! satellite A-135, It's currently running proccesor: 430 @ 1.73GHz , 512 mb, 32 -bit! which ram did u buy? or which 1 do u reccomend i buy to make it run faster & smoother!

ok i just got the ram that was on the toshiba web site reccomended for my Satellite from dual 512 to dual 2gigs and it's not bootin up

@tautarpearce Do you have two sticks of Ram in your machine right now? one 512 and 2,Gig? If so try removing the 512 and try reboot your machine.

@TheBNcrew i have sattelite a300 1QE and i came up with 2gb ram ddr2 and 800mhz, can i change the memmory ram with a ddr3 4gb ram 1066mhz?

@kaygirl6 yes it is! but toremove the proccessor from a laptop is much difficult than removing the ram or Graphic Card
