Roz, you're an inspiration to all of us! Our prayers are with you in many ways. Watching your videos and story makes my problems seem like nothing in comparison. It really lifted my day. I'd like to link to your site if I may from mine. I know you will accomplish your goal, just stay focused and always remember the grace of god is always with you! You can do anything you want in life! Keep Dreaming!

Thank you. For sure there will be video from the Pacific - hopefully a couple of short videos per week direct from the ocean, to be followed by longer videos when I get to dry land.

Certainly am! Plan is to have much more cool camera equipment on board for the Pacific, and to stream video back to shore while I am still out on the ocean.

wow
that is crazy did ya see any sharks?? did they ram your boat??
are you super buff now??

I WAS super-buff when I arrived in Antigua (100 pounds and muscle tone to die for) but that was 4 months and 30 pounds ago. Common affliction amongst ocean rowers - we get a bit excited when we get back to dry land and don't have to eat dehydrated rations any more.
Sharks? I didn't seen any, but another crew out there at the same time had their boat so badly damaged in a shark attack that they had to abandon it.
I'm rowing the Pacific next year - lots more sharks out there...
