we dont speak proper bc we dont want 2 we just have a slang like every normal country, of course u gonna meet some uneducated ppl tha never went 2 school bytheway u have an strong accent wich dont bother me at all but just saying....... and we "Dominicans"dont have problems communicating with Puertoricans and Cuban we just talk faster than any other country hehehe ;)
