I would guess that the blank deck shown faceup at the end of the effect is not examinable. In the original "Blizzard", the blank deck shown at the end could be freely handled and shown. I think the original "Blizzard" is better because of this.

i actually talked with aaron..he showed me all his tricks he made up and taught me them. really nice guy and very good at magic.
