Presenting Chrono Trigger, one of the most phenomenal games ever to reach the Super Nintendo and one solid name among the greatest videogames of all time.

Released in 1995, Chrono Trigger was a sort of a fan-service or, if you'd like, a kind of gift that videogame enthusiasts often expect but rarely receive. Developed by Squaresoft, Chrono Trigger is the work of a team that combined the masterminds responsible for the Final Fantasy series, such as Hironobu Sakaguchi, Kazuhiko Aoki and Nobuo Uematsu, as well as those behind the Dragon Quest series - like Akira Toriyama and Yuji Horii.

An RPG that features a compelling storyline, as well as a cast of chracters that hold major differences between them and a multitude of different endings...add to that an innovative and dynamic fighting system, a remarkable soundtrack, an exquisite graphical environment and an overall feeling of satisfaction everytime we play it, and we have the formula that made one of the best videogames ever!

Starring a silent protagonist that is joined by companions like a scientist friend, a rebellious princess, a robot and a frog in an adventure to save the world from total destruction across different time planes, every bit of Chrono Trigger is enjoyable, every setting is worth exploring, every time dimension is motivating and every single moment we spend playing it is rewarding.

Unfortunately, Chrono Trigger is another excellent game that was never released in Europe. After going on sale in Japan and North America, Europe never saw a single copy of Chrono Trigger in its shops, which means that this diamond of videogames is known by a minority of videogame enthusiasts in this continent.
