pressure gradient (LVOT) more than 50 mmhg
IVS more than 18 mm
NYHA class III or IV
Syncope

interesting music choice, I had this done when I was 12 recovered/walking on my own in like 6 days was nice being a kid when I had it done.
Interestingly enough I asked if I could keep the chunk they took out for my future wife but they said they wanted to keep it... it was mine to begin with, greedy bastards.
