definitely, It was originallly made for windows, but it all depends on your computer. If you can send me the specs, I could tell you how well it would run.

Intel celeron processor with 1.10GHz and 512 MB of RAM.. It's also a Windows XP home edition service pack 3.

you should be able to run it at the lowest settings. I'm pretty sure these are the minimum requirements. To keep it short, yes it will work.
