So what you're saying is just because someone else has been similarly convicted it shouldn't count? Brilliant!
You might try doing some research regarding Stewart and him being convicted on three occasions for driving under the influence. Drink driving is simply unacceptable and he presented a TV show for years(still does) castigating people for doing it.
