Ao no Ether from the Macross Frontier O.S.T.2 Nyan TRA Sountrack. I think this is Megumi's best song, but that's just me.

Also, anybody who wants this song or any from the OST, feel free to message me

  • I swear... this song makes me cry for more reasons than one, her singing is occasionally so similar to Maaya's that I can't help but think, thank you gods for allowing these two singers to meet and create something like this.

The rest of it is the emotional sentiment related to Macross Frontier but i find irl stuff more interesting :P

  • I love this song so much. It is so sad. One of the best songs of the anime!!

  • @pianomusiclovr Knew you would comment on here XD :D So you gonna learn it? Please?

  • love this song sooo much!!!

  • No pude evitar las lagrimas con este tema, es en el episodio donde Ranka se despide de Alto y va junto a Brera a reunir a Ai-Kun junto a los vajra.... Realmente hermoso!

  • @SupwerCadnyBarz No, this song was originally written for Ranka and Macross Frontier episode 21. Yoko Kanno composed the music, Maaya Sakamoto wrote the lyrics and Megumi Nakajima sung it (this). Sakamoto was so fond off the song that she ended up doing "self-cover" for her next album. Sakamoto has written lyrics on few other Ranka songs too, like Sou Da Yo from 2009. At any rate THIS is the original Ao no Ether which Nakajima sung in Ranka's "girly" tone. Sakamoto cover came later. I love both

  • megumi nakajima just has a very distinctive voice after Frontier I've heard her in various anime Op / ED songs and I've recognized her immeadiately

  • Lovely song.

  • who sing this is nakajima megumi, even makamoto have a version too, is a wonderful song, i love it....
