I woudlnt be surprised if he changes the lyrics as he feels like it but off the top of my head, from my 7inch that this came off he says, or my interpretation of it: "I got a girlfriend, deep into hammer {ie heroin}

I got a poolball in my head {yeah this doesnt make sense to me, except the next track on the ep was billiard player song}

God I gotta find that old tape with the "acoustic version" that has the most audible Shellac lyrics ever on a song. Although I think they're slightly different in that version.
