It´s "Tinta Roja", (my translation would be "Red Ink"), and it was composed by Sebastian Piana, and written by Catulo Castillo. It´s one of the most famous tangos here in Argentina. It talks about a big wall of red bricks ("paredón") placed in the author´s neighbourhood, which remains as a clear remember of childhood as the time goes by... Hope being useful
