@TheHotpinklollipop You don't necessary need to use white wine with this, although it is preferred. You can add more lemon juice to get close to the same effect and flavor if you do not have access to wine. Glad you like the recipe.

what can i use other than white wine since i live in a wineless country xD

This dish looks amazing and easy to make, even for someone like me who doesn't know how to cook. Is there a recipe I can follow that gives you the measurements for all of the ingredients used. Thanks...I'm looking forward to trying this recipe out.
