Do you intentionally play a half step lower? For as far as I can hear and see, your guitar is tuned in E-flat there.

I do indeed. Actually, most of the time I keep my guitar a full step down. I've been trying to expand my vocal range and by playing the songs a bit lower I've kept from straining too hard. Most of these videos are a bit older and I can sing them in their standard tuning now. Staying tuned down all the time also allows me to play songs that are originally tuned down and to simply use a capo to return to standard for songs written in standard tuning.
