Strength used to be an Inherent Requirment for police but has been watered down to appease the politically correct and allow more women into the force......
yet men are discriminated against due to a colour vision deficiency......
10%-15% of male have it.....
What is a higher priority and a critical requirement ? Strength or colour vision????

Never ever handcuff a suspect with hands in front......never underestimate a subject based on his body structure/sex/age. always keep the keys of a Police Vehicle secured at all times...especially when not physically present in the Police Vehicle......and...never become complacent and take your eyes off the subject.....
