In parkour, precisions are similar to ordinary jumps except for the fact that the jumper is landing on a rail or some smaller surface. Spot the landing and extend the legs while leaning back to do precisions in parkour with help from a member of a parkour organization in this free video on parkour techniques.

  • Still dont have the guts 2 do it on a rail :(

I mean suppose u have 2 jump to the rail n again jump 2 the other side, I just jump on the rail n always come down with the momentum.

  • Why does it advertise alcohol with Parkour videos? Wouldn't that be a dangerous combination?

  • hes not even saying the way to land on your feet and he didnt really demonstrate a precision jump

  • Dude!!!!!!!!!!11 give me this guys email or something! i go to this place (keller fountain) every weekend i need to train with him!~

  • he hasn't said to land on balls of ur feet

  • look at the guy just to the right of him in the background at 1:02 looks like he wishes he were someone. xD

  • baaad

  • you lean back because there is some forward momentum so if you just land vertically or straight or whatever, you're going to fall forward

  • he globerider928 heves point NEVER do on wet metall it WERY BIENFAL LISE TO US ;D

  • neger

  • oregon

  • I expect someones face feels different... :D

  • u idiot! when u land the force of ur speed pushes u on but u push/lean backwards and then try to balance urself ok?!

  • where in Protland do you do this?

  • lmfao just thought id try jumping to the either sides of the stair railings in my house..

as i did it i could hear him say "lean back" so i do...

I ended up breaking the other railing and giving my self a concussion lol

  • ok i guess

  • he's trying to show you how you could practice. Not give a 12 yr old the idea that he can do this someplace crazy and then hurt him/herself

  • portland

  • looks like new york thats where i live. i could be wrong though

  • haha i guess thats right. he shoulds done it on something higher or harder or something like that

  • Consider the fact that this has been made for demonstration purposes.
