TANK'S Brushless E-Revo Velcro mod

Putting holes in Lexan bodies causes weak points for tearing, and I hated losing body pins too, so I thought I'd give this a shot...

It looks cleaner(no holes in body), and works perfectly, and will not come off during high speed runs( I have 6S Lipos), or during horrendous High speed crashes.

Just cut off the posts and glue Velcro on the flat part where the posts used to be, and also put 3/4" or 1" Velcro on the battery doors.

Now you won't have to mess with body pins any more..

It need the door velcro..I already tried without it...it falls off at speed

could you test it without the velcro on the 2 battery doors, i am going to buy a proline volkswagen body for me recently converted brushless revo 2.5r, i just want to see if it will be strong enough to hold the body on only with regular body mount locations, your help would be greatly appreciated.

@petervelker1990 ...the velcro on the doors is what really holds it,..I don't think it would work without it on the doors
