See How They Grow - Parakeet Budgie

The See How They Grow series came out in the mid 90s. This is from Pets and of course the Parakeet or Budgie one was my favorite episode of all. When I was a kid I had a little toy house like that and I would put my budgies in it. So to see a show like this really brought back memories of my childhood. Plus it's so cute you could die. I love the animations at the begining and the end. The way he looks when he first comes out of the egg is so cute. And that last growth spurt after he lands on the perch is funny. I love the voice they gave him. And I like how they called the Cere a lump. This was a great series. The music in the house scene was very nice. I think this was produced by DK the people that made Eyewitness Videos.

Oh man, watched this 'til VHS tapes went out of style. I love this series!
