David Cameron: Fiscal responsibility with a social conscience

In a speech in London, David Cameron explained how the Conservative Party intends to address Labour's debt crisis. He stressed that fiscal responsibility needs a social conscience, or it is not responsible at all.

People have to dress there own relatives once they have had operations!!!!!!!

Also patients who have had operations and are disharged the sameday had to help dress each other after under going operations on tendions!!!!( Nursing , I've never seen any!!!)

I have also seen nurses leave doors open in the middle of winter so the cold air get on to the wards!!!

The nurse should pay tuition fee's like everyone else that would and get payed the same wages as anyone else, because frankly their behavior towards patients is diabolical.

Whereas tax cuts for "unproductive, over-indulged" fat cats are ok? Why is it that those at the bottom need to get less to make them work while those at the top need more? Toryism's just inverted welfarism whose last effort to "scale down government" left the overall tax burden barely changed and millions trapped in poverty for no perceptible improvement on previous governments' growth performance. It's about shovelling wealth upwards, not serving the public.
