So what this really comes down to is the syringes. At the end of the day he never tested positive but his dna on mcnamees syringes is the prime evidence in this case.

Drug dealers make money; McNamee made no money from dealing steroids. Shay's point was legitimate, but this isn't the first time that Issa has said something stupid. McNamee never said he lied to players about what they were getting.

Clemens can play the "I'm ignorant, so I'm innocent," game all he wants. For a professional athlete - hell, for a college athlete - to claim ignorance of the steroid culture is ludicrous. In every sport I've ever been around, I've known at least one guy who's cycled -- and at least a handful of others knew about it. You're telling me Clemens is impervious to that culture altogether? He's either extremely stupid or extremely naïve.

I'm not aware of how wide the category of drugs is, I wasn't trying to be smart alec geez. It seems more like a medical drug rather than a recreational drug. And no I don't know better than the FDA, I never tried to come off that way.

I'm pretty sure steroids aren't drugs so he was right, he isn't a drug dealer...maybe a steroid dealer but not a drug dealer.
