1.LST has incorporated, in the hardware and software, the control of the burning distance, by using an automatic elevator system, controlled by the programmer. Most machines in the market are using a fixed focus lens, adjustable mainly by physically removing and remounting a new focusing lens that is made to operate at a specific height. This operation is slow, and carries the risk of damage to the scan head, or the focusing lenses which are a very expensive parts of the system.
LST, has its laser positioning, as part of the programming of the operation. Once an operator chooses its working program,, the system will automatically adjust its focus based on the required height, no risks of damage, no wasted time, no compromise of quality of the burn, due to time constraints.
2.LST has installed a control pad on the working table, which allows the operator to move, rotate and replace a design to fit a garment. Other machines allow this operation only after accessing the computer and making necessary modifications on the main design of the picture to burn. This built in pad provides great flexibility and more efficient use of the equipment.
3.Everything related to the LST Laser system, including the software that runs the system, is made in-house so they have complete control and are able to make modification without having to depend on outside vendors. No other Laser system manufacturer can make that claim.
4.Productivity: It will depend on the burning cycle per garment. LSTs systems are the fastest for most patterns due to its unique algorithm, which allows for high speed jumps in unburned areas of the design.
For production calculation purposes, a garment with whiskers on both sides, from the waist down passed the crotch would require about 15 seconds
