We want to make every journey better for families at Heathrow so in August 2011 we hosted a roundtable discussion for key mummy bloggers, as well as a "behind-the-scenes" tour to show them how the world's busiest international airport operates.
We discussed the initiatives that have already launched, including pre-flight play areas and family lanes during school holidays, as well as additional ideas from the Mummy bloggers on how we can make Heathrow even more family-friendly.
