I apologize for the many errors that I made in this video. I was in such a rush to post something soon that I ended up overlooking quite a few things.

Ingredients:

Cooking oil
Garlic
Ginger
Jalapenos
Ground pork
Scallops
Clams
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Sesame oil (added to the end after clams, but I lost this video clip)
Salt
Sugar
Optional: black pepper and/or chili paste

    I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?

    So many questions and so little time.

  • @TheCheffEddie Hi there. Thank you very much! I have a Canon PowershotSD 750 in 12.1 mpg and used the Windows Movie Maker that's on every computer. It's a very user friendly program that lets you edit easily. And yes, I have a microphone thingy that i used to dub over later b/c the background noise at my house is very distracting.
