Speaking from personal experience, I have always enjoyed City Escape for SA2, and to have this song as it's actual theme would only make the stage even better than it already is.

It wasnt missing anything to begin with, it fit classic sonic perfectley. But this sounds awsome to, it sounds kinda like how they might remix the modern stages music.
