This isn't chaos. If you want to see chaos come to America. Even with the lighted structure of a stop light we still have accidents. The chaos is not in Vietnam, and trust me, the VC knows who brought chaos there sometime back. This is order in my eyes, no traffic lights and still no traffic. Yet in america with all it's traffic lights, you can predict the hours of bump and grind(ing teeth) that commences when it usually does. America might be first place in mind but not in world.
