I second that, every dumbass jeep owner waves at me on the street, and Im the one towing jeeps outta mud every weekend and I always drive it home. It was never designed after a jeep, it was engineered to compete with the land rover not a jeep, the drivetrain is not even in the same class, the 40's axles are like a Dana60/ford 8.5".

But imitation from what? Maybe you see something that I do not see, but that is a Landcruiser. I happen to own one, a 1980 diesel. But the last thing on earth is that being a Wrangler.
