Read, Reduce, Reward - EDF Energy TV Ad

This is the second EDF Energy TVC. Which is part of a full scale multi-media advertising campaign that went live on Sunday 6 January 2008 with a 60 sec TV advert made entirely from recycled film clips.

This ad follows the same concept, using recycled film footage in it's creation.

The soundtrack featured in the advert, "It's Not Easy Being Green", has been adapted from the original version written by Joe Raposo for Sesame Street in 1970. In this case the song is used to highlight that while it may be difficult to change behaviour over night, it's up to all of us to become part of the solution in helping combat climate change.

It was better in the days BEFORE privatisation ...it was much better when the governement owned the gas, electricity and phone companies ...everyone paid the same low rate...now with privatisation companies can charge what they like and the shareholders are getting rich while everyone else struggles with rising bills. BRING BACK NATIONALISATION !

You really do not know anything, firstly, EDF energy(english) is not the same as Electricty De France (EDF) it is a seperate operation. Secondly The french economy and law is so vastly differant to England hence they can cap their prices(plus the french govenment practically own EDF(france), and do you know why they have cheaper electricty?!?!? No obviously not because you havent bothered to check your facts, it is because they are largly powered by Nuclear energy. And have been for some time.

EDF are a bunch of fucking robbing french cunts. fuck them! did you know that the french president has capped edf's prices in france to 5.1 percent, but here in the uk they can charge up to 19 percent, and they do...so us brits are being pushed into fuel poverty by these fuckers so they can have cheap energy in france. We subsidise the frenchies energy. im sure the war veterans who fought for french liberation wont mind dying of cold if it means the french get cheap energy.. fucking disgrace
