Oh and to Trulyloyale.. you are right when you say race walking is the toughest.. When I first began it was completely nerve recking because I had to be careful if I wanted to catch up with someone as I could get disqualified. It's not like running where you just need the energy and breathing to sprint at the end.. Being disqualified means you just did a whole race for nothing.
