This is Scott Steiner before he used stero... I mean became a genetic freak.
-
Real shame Steiner turned to taking roids. He was so much hotter in this video than he is now. He just looks like a Freak now.

No. Scott was young and green. He wasn't ready for a push as a singles and was rightly beaten up by Garvin since he was still in the "paying his dues" part of his career.
-
How do you all know Steiner's on steroids?? Nah, I could hardly even type that with a straight face.
-
What's wrong with Steiner's right hand?
-
scott was such a hot stud here before he went crazy bulking. no wrestlers ever had as little personality as garvin. what a total blank!
-
@wrestle1965 if you wanna bu on top someday you must experience that

@josephD32 There was nothing wrong with pushing a former World Champion (especially like in this case, Ronnie Garvin) BUT Mr. Gagne had a habit of pushing former world champions who were waaaaaaay past their prime (ie. himself, Mad Dog Vachon, The Crusher, Dick The Bruiser & even Nick Bockwinkle) and didnt give alot of the "new school" workers a chance at working their way up the ranks.
-
@bigpoppanard You're right, but at the same time, if you were a booker, who would you choose to push? A former World Champion (back when that was actually very important) or someone who is kinda green?
-
@RevDarkehorse Looking back, it's easy to say that, but most people back then were expecting that Rick Steiner was going to be the one to become a break-out singles star.
-
@bigpoppanard Great knowledge! It is too bad that Verne didn't suck up his pride or Greg convinced him to do so. He would have stayed longer!
-
some1 referred to the belt as a tag belt, this was the tv belt they created for greg gagne to win
Verne should have pushed Scott Steiner. Verne never had a clue. He deserved to lose it all. What an idiot. Thanks for the matches surefoot.
