  • I'm planning on doing lean as a guy! Probably got about 15 to lose but solid muscle underneath. I figured I don't need or want to put on size, but I still want to get fit and particularly increase upper body strength i.e pull ups etc. Do you think the lean version is the right one for me or should I do the classic?

  • @ams914 .. you shouldn't put on size if you don't go too high on weights.. I personally would recommend doing classic.. but many people have gotten great results with both..

  • Hey great outcome, I really like it ;) Do you think that using a thermonex (fat burner) will give me such great results with abs like yours? I see you used protein and shakeology which I both do not use, but I eat pretty much healthy and I try to eat a little less than before. My abs are hidden below like 16% of fat and I NEED to get them out till summer!! :)) I don't know if it was training in your case or diet, because some say that the diet is the most important part. What do you think??

  • @JohnnyLee18 I personally didn't use a fat burner.. some people have and said that they had great outcome with it.. some says it worthless with side effects... so I would say it would depend on how your body will react to it, everyone is different so I recommend doing your research first. Your results will depend mainly on your diet and what type of exercises/workouts you are incorporating.

  • @JohnnyLee18 I highly recommend incorporating protein with every meal. Protein feeds your muscles, consuming an edquate amount, especially while exercising, is crucial to the transformation in your body. It will allow your muscles to grow and replace fat tissue, leaving you with a more defined physique.

  • hey, thanks for sharing. i was wondering, besides the supplements, were you on a strict diet ?

  • @dizxizxtony diet is what gives u the best results... I personally didn't follow the nutrition plan to a t....just focused on eating healthier and cutting out alot of junk food.. r u thinking about giving it a try?
