  • hi Jeff, just found your tennis channel, great stuff here, thanks.

    I'm a big fan of 'good fats' - so many benefits including immune system boost, lubricate joints, lower your bad cholesterol. Also for healthy nails, skin and hair (as consuming good fats enables storage of vitamin E).

    My current favourites are salmon fillet, mackerel, avocados, almonds, olive oil.
