It's a vision from couple of years back so most of it wont even be in game because they got better ideas or it would be hard to implement.

The game was first meant for Korea, meaning it was a HELL of a grinder , so they had to balance and add quests like 50 times, there were WAY to many things to broken when it came out and NC just had to fix everything , there was even a massive hacking incident that made like 60% of there player base quit the game , so yeah, they didn't have much time to work on new things , but now they finally do , so be patient m8 ;)
