@RZ3296 The boot is acting as a pump, and it's used to heat up the "samovar." The samovar is an antique Russian kettle to make tea. The fire is created, not at the bottom of the kettle, but in the centre of the kettle...I only found out like 10 mins. ago, while I was watching the news channel Russia Today! RT ROCKS! :D

@yousos89 Obama does not even want to talk to Putin (thief and murderer of his own people). Unfortunately he has to deal with him.
By the way, Russia considers USA its enemy. When 9/11 happened many Russians (in Russia of course) were pleased that it happened.
