@MissLadyL09 So i wasnt wrong LOL, u cant be mexican just bcs ur parents are,, you need to do request your Mexican papers then you can be legaly Mexican :) And im really glad you consider yourself as Mexican and i know u have on ur blood that. Happy for you and happy Selena en Family said they were Mexican-American, i wasnt just saying about Legaly,, but maybe they were also legaly Mexican and i dont know,, i would be Happy if she was, I love her music, and couldnt be more proud if she were.

@MissLadyL09 Por otro lado puedes considerarte Mexicana, Inglesa o lo que gustes, pero mientras no tengas tu papeleria donde te acreditan las 2 nacionalidades y que incluso te permite vivir y trabajar como ciudadano mexicano, y que por cierto DEBES solicitar aqui en Mexico esa papeleria, tu sigues siendo solo Americana legalmente, aunque por sangre claro que eres mexico-americana, lo que te digo me da mucho gusto que asi lo sientas y no olvides tus raices. So i wasnt wrong ;)

@MissLadyL09 No digo que no lo tengan en la sangre,, y me da gusto que te consideres Mexicana y que Selena y su familia tambien, yo me referia a que LO FUERAN legalmente, a mi sinceramente me da igual, no estoy intentando ganar nada, mi punto era solo comentarle a la persona que dijo que ella era Mexicana que no lo era, no por que no me gustara que lo fuera, sino por decirle de donde ella era originaria, donde nació.

Wow people, she was Mexican-American okay. She was born in America in Texas, but she is still part mexican. It's in her blood. :) Her dad is Mexican American and her mother is the half Mexican and half Indian... according to wikipedia. Even if wikipedia was wrong, since it's not a reliable resource, the Quintanilla family always refer to themselves as Mexican-Americans. ^_^
