most people dont have subchapter 2... you have to be at least level 75 gold edgemaster and then beat merope monastery which unlocks sub-chapter 2, it has 4 stages which of course you have to beat twice each. then after FINALLY completing all of weapon master, lizardman becomes available :D

SC4 is amazing, I love the customization options it has. Especially since you can make your own costumes for your favorite characters.
