your guys are comming alone really well
I see them making small movement.Moving a leg out of the way from a strike even their waist or torso. This is what I like seeing. That concept alone will apply to modern day self defence

yeah it is the basics that really is the cool stuff.I looked at you guys sparring and I saw you guy doing repost and moving even your waist and torso and keeping loose and fluid.
I do russian systema.(the system)the Russians say it is not a martial art but rather a methodology of training. We do the slow sparring game and we do it against multipul people at once.It is a lot of fun.We focus on concepts of bio mechanics rather then techniques

Some of the techniques are correct. It would be nice to put more body work into your attacks!

practice that plus arm and leg strength training, train the 360° chop attack and twisting wrist straigth attack plus circle of defense without neglecting the dash when your opponent use an evasion and you have a good base for free form sword fighting on which you put some of your own trick and moves. (the reflex will come in multiple serious sparring)
you guy are doing great
The soft swords allow to to really test yourselfs and really improve quickly
You guys move very fliudly and if your bodies are doing the thinking for you.
Great job guys

I appreciate the support. However, these are merely drills. They are used to learn basic techniques.
