  • This isn't the five rituals. All talk... the fibulatis abuilatus and the bogimatas need to gain an unbalance to create a balnce and 21 is the magic number for todays five rites. LOL.

  • These postures bare only a passing resemblance to the postures explained in Peter Kelder's Book. I have been practising the 5 Tibetan Rites for years; if you want a you tube video showing what the postures are really like and how they should be done, then the video by Flyogi is a good one. I'm sure there are others, but I'm afraid this video is more misleading than helpful.

  • thanks for the tips ive been doing this wrong whole this time

  • To the people who have no clue about 5 tibetan rites and want to try them, look up 5 tibetan rites Peter Kelder. There should be a free pdf of his book which gives you a clear description on how to do them. Do not follow this.

  • FRee Tibet Free Tibet!!

  • @hopark754 Intriguing!

  • Yes 5 rites're excellent practice,

But remember, it's little help to your rejuvenation without "hypo. breath."

Colonel Bradford didn't have any knowledge on deep breathing.

Please learn and practise "hypo. breath." before you have interest in 5 rites.

  • Oh no!

The movements, motions in 5 rites are to help and promote "hypogastric breathing"

The 5 rites are one of breathing practice throughout in Orient.

The slower, deep, continuous, uniform, eventually unconsciousness of breathing. It's the concept of the breathing. For us, the ordinary, 2~3 cycles a minute may be appropriate target in relaxed posture as 1 year achievement, 3~4 cycles while 5 rites movements.

  • Shame, Sarah.

  • LOL this is a joke, do research 1st, dont do it
