No one from this channel is in the video. Please keep the discussion in focus and on the subject of the US becoming a police state. Name calling and rude comments will get you banned.

A Nazi style check point has been set up inside the USA for the sole purpose of violating the 4th amendment rights of US citizens. Mexico is the USA's 3rd largest oil supplier. We have an agreement with them, If we want their oil, we keep our borders porous. Immigration has a Catch and Release program for illegals which allows the vast majority of Mexican and other nationals caught crossing our borders illegally, to go free, some of which have been terrorist.

The Border Patrol isn't looking for illegals or even drugs. They are stopping US citizens on internal roads for one purpose only, conditioning us to voluntarily giving up our civil rights.

Welcome to Police State USA. The story on how the border patrol is violating the rights of US citizens and disregarding the US Constitution.

Remember that this is not at the border and the Border Patrol are not police officers. They do not have the jurisdiction or authority to enforce local, state city or traffic laws. Some have even been found to be illegal aliens associated with drug cartels and the CIA.

Obama: "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force (Police) that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. I have no intention of closing the borders until congress comes up with a comprehensive immigration policy ". Obama wants a civilian security force as powerful and as well-funded as the Department of Defense. Would that include giving these cops automatic rifles, helicopters, and missile launchers? Will the uniforms be brown? And what badge/swastika will they wear?

The department of justice has announced that people have the right under the constitution to video police in the performance of their duties. Any officer that arrests a citizen for taping will be charged with false arrest & violating the 1st, 4th, & 14th amendments. Any officer that confiscates a phone or camera will be charged with theft, and video erasure carries the additional charge of obstruction of Justice & destroying evidence. And cops are no longer immune to personal law suites filed by victims. Sharp v. Baltimore Police Department.

You all can bitch about its his job to do so, but since when was it a citizens job to bend over backwards for police? You where given rights for a reason. Learn to use them and be the citizen you deserve to be. Use your rights before this fucked up new America takes them away. It's my job to build a building to a certain code which I have to follow. Police have a code to follow. And so do citizens, only difference is citizens have a choice to follow that code.

That's a good point. I appreciate the way you responded. I do feel that we (the citizens) should have a moral responsibility when driving a motor vehicle. There are just to many preventable deaths caused by one individual who chose to push the limit. This is a balance scale. What would you say if we tolled up the questionable deaths caused by officers, vs the preventable deaths caused by drunk driving? Like anything I want to hear about solutions rather than continuous ranting, you know?

Yes let's all just do our jobs like good little monkeys and never stop and think about the ramifications and larger picture of what we are participating in; especially if the job we are 'just trying to do' is one which gives us power over other people, what a rush!

    -heavy dripping sarcasm-

Wow, thanks for the clarification, that is indeed F'd up! The US has it bad although the UK is becoming a mini-US with more and more police walking/driving around armed under the false pretence of 'public safety'.

This checkpoint is not at a border. Search for "internal Border Patrol checkpoint" for more info.

Agents here can only detain for 'brief questioning" and "any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause."

Once the driver indicated that he would not answer questions, then the only real option available to the agents were to quickly check for evidence of crime, such as contraband in plain view, and let him go if no evidence of crime is found.
