The microphone question asking idea sort of bugs me at times. While some people give very good comments during them and then ask a question you get these idiots like this old man that just waste everyone's time. Typically I find it more efficient to hand out question sheets to the audience and then have a group of people collect and examine them first. Then have the moderator ask the written questions to be much better and helpful.
