Behind The Bar With Ironbar.

Here is a typical hard working Aussie Hotelier, his name Wilson "Ironbar" Tuckey.
This is a great piece of footage courtesy of Nine Network Australia & shows Mr.Tuckey on ACA hosted at the time by Ray Martin, the TX date would have been around 1987 when he was first made Shadow Health Minister, unsure as to the exact TX date as this footage was not filed, nice to find it though.
Wilson has always interested this watcher since he entered Federal Parliament way back in 1980, a fellow who will deservedly receive a nice little earner at the completion of his service to The People of O'Connor in WA & indeed to The People Of Australia !
Ironbar as he is known to both his political friends & foes has had one of the most colourful & controversial stints in Australian politics.
Generally regarded as a Liberal "hit man" Wilson has had a few appointments to high office & has always performed both in & out of The House memorably.
I would love to see Ironbar revisit one of his portfolios upon the hoped return of The Coalition to the Treasury Benches with the post of Minister for Regional Services, Territories and Local Government.
It would be nice to see Ironbar give plenty of stick to Mr.Frank Sartor who's title is rather apt due to some of Big Don's recent videos ! Lol. To wit : {NSW} Minister for Planning, Minister for Redfern WATERLOO, Minister for the Arts.
What a lovely sight it would be to see Ironbar & Cranky Frankie exchanging a bit of biff ! Reckon Ironbar would be the perfect bloke to pull Frank into line, as he has long since turned into a power unto himself !
