and this era of games for profit will die. Been to the Arcade Lately? There's about 5 malls in the area I live and every arcade has games for toddlers, none are violent, none are complex, and none have teenagers in them. They don't even have a jukebox! All these games are for toddlers, the only games I've seen are Pac-Man, Galaga, . . the Classics. It's for the Gen X'ers!

Try Charlaine Harris's "Dying for daylight" it's a free download thanks to AOL Games, I wonder how much money she made from that? I bet she made more money by selling her cheesy game to AOL than these 3 other independent games you just mentioned, who said it's my game and I hate piracy. I think these programmers will have to change their distribution methods, it's inevitable. I could be wrong but maybe in 30 years we'll get more technically advanced and make our own games. . .

Very true ...I tried out a ps3 ...doesnt hold a candle to my p4 xp...after buying the ps3 from a friend for 200 dollars... I returned it a game trader for a meak 75 dollars...I realized video game industry is at the end of the road
