I can understand that L4D may not be for everyone. It IS a simple game. But I think you missed the overall central point of the game, Linkinfan890. It's a game specifically designed for fun with your friends. If you play with bots, the game is dull, tiny, and forgettable. But when played with 3 other friends, nothing but hilarity and fun ensue. L4D should NEVER be played solo.

I have the game and I play it very much :P Almost everytime its fun and different because of it's AI director. I think the game looks great, actually; it was better than I expected it to be. However, I respect your opinion.

each time you play it, it's a different experience... pc gaming was dying a multiplayer game that wasn't just like CS ou Combat Arms and stuff, and had a different purpose.
it's classy, it's all B-movie-like, and all... I mean, what else do you need from a story here? there are the infected, and you 4 trying to survive. the character, unless he's a CIA agent, doesn't know how that shit happened, just like main characters in, say, 28 Day Later...
tha graphics are not that bad.

if you say Shadowgrounds has good graphics, you can't say Left 4 Dead looks bad. it's not Crysis, of course, but Valve didn't intended it to be.
Source Engine still works for me perfectly.
