I'm sure Jay and Bert are friends and I'm also sure it was okay with Bert that Jay told the story.

It's still weird. Jay could have told this story as something that happened to Bert but here, he tells the story as if it happened to *him*. Jay might not have stolen the story but he is using Bert's experience to publicize himself, to make himself more interesting on a radio show where, let me guess, he promoted a future appearance. Not cool, I'm sorry.

@4pples This has been said alot in the comments section so how it got passed you is beyond me, Bert said Jay asked permission before using it, bert himself also said on the rogan pod that the story is not stolen and doesnt want jay looked at as a thief, so if the owner of the story said its not stolen how did jay steal it?

@1889Adolfh *Yawn..Its hard to communicate with someone who makes false statements like me 'believing in 3rd part opinions'. Its MY opinion after looking both sides, I simply state that Rogan SUMS it up perfectly, not me forming my pinions based on someone else's opinion. I mean really, if your unable to get past tht simple understanding, I don't see a point debating with you. It's quite simple.. prove where Jay asks to use it prior to using it. You can't and therefore your wrong.

@4pples so Joe railroading over Berts explanation with his own opinion constantly was better than bert and jay voicing what actually happened? seems sensible fuck the two people involved and the fact that Jay DID ask to use it as BERT SAID HE DID. Crystal clear you say? yep usually is when you believe a 3rd party opinion over what actually happened. In regards to this story how did you find out it was Bert's and not Jay's?

@1889Adolfh It's Crystal clear what happened, you seem to be looking through paned glass.. and no I don't have it out for Jay, I think he is very funny, and even sat down and played blackjack with him at the Paris casino after his shows. However what he did was low, and thats just a fact. Rogan sums it up perfectly on his podcast when he addresses this exact scenario.

@4pples Where exactly are you getting the information that Jay was using it long before bert said he wouldnt? its clear that you dont like jay, which is fine but most people have heard both side. Both Jay and Bert talking together and separately.

@hotelbravo8 No he didn't 'let' him use it your wrong.. he 'let' him KEEP using it.. meaning Jay starting using it because he knew Bert wasn't going to use it, but he didn't ask he just took it started using it.. Bert didn't say 'stop' when he found out he was using it, thats where you might be confused that he 'let' him but no, in fact Jay is a douch and stole it without asking..
