Phantom 3 - Delvera's revenge

It's been a long time but we've finally finished it, the long awaited part 3 of the Phantom trilogy, well half of it anyway.
"A dark cloud has fallen over the land of Rochester, the phantom grows ever more powerful and destructive. There is only one man who stands against him, chief of police Alberto Delvera. The two of them are now locked in one last desperate battle for supremacy for which there can only be one victor. Will Delvera save rochester or fall before the Phantom and his powers of vandalism."

I know, it was slighty warmer but windschill made it -3, today we have a foot of snowfall in some places, all the roads are iced over. It's the worst weather in years.
