My coach says I have a tenancy of playing too loose on my strokes rather than being anxious and tight, do you have any methods to tighten my strokes to break my old habits??

Then what's the purpose of doing drills in blocks than in multiball? Can you enumerate some reasons?

Using multiball to improve the block helps to increase touch, hand speed, reaction time, as well as lowering your anxiety level.

Is this a free "video? Or a downloadable workout again? I heard that playing table drills and matches right after a multiball session ruins what you learn. Can you clarify this for me?

This is Series that I created just for "Youtube" it's not for sale.
Using Multi-ball helps your game with regards to stroke production, foot speed, hand speed, stroke chemistry, and increasing power and fitness.
It doesn't ruin your game, but there is an adjust you have to make when going back to table drills.
