If you slow it down and listen closely, you can hear what's really being said. I think it's a drunken man being investigated by the police about a car crash.

From what I can tell, the game designers were goofing off. One was doing his "Indian impersonation," joking about how Indians always work at gas stations and such. His coworkers were cracking up (the laughing), and told him to keep going when he stopped. Not sure why they ended up using it as a "song" though XD

I think the "Where are my glasses" sounds more like "Oh my gracious goodness!" to me, but you caght some things I didn't. I couldn't make out the "Slurpees" bit at all.
