Why have Jews been persecuted for centuries by different people. There must be common theme. From there persecution of Jesus because he objected to there unscrupulous money grabbing exploits in the temple, the house of god but for Jews money = god. How conveniently this has been brushed under the carpet. When it was depicted in the passion of Christ, they were up arms because they had cleverly omitted this truth.
